Redemption of an Artisit, Death of an Art School

Journal Entry: Tue Jan 22, 2008, 9:22 PM
Well it took the military to get my transcript from Brooks School of Art. And the semester the saw fit to screw up my paper work and hire people in financial aid that had no idea what they were doing is the semester I was on the deans list with perfect grades. Wasn't I the type of student that you want in your school. Wouldn't i bring up your collective GPA? What they heck. Well all is good now Brooks College is falling apart and resting in piece's. In their own words from their web site: Effective June 28, 2007, Brooks College is no longer accepting new student applications.

AHah.. i just typed a whole bit on the dutch weapons law in a reply..

It is pretty strict over here.. In short.. you are allow to wield it in private or on private terrain. But shoudl something happen you are liable of course.
Also if you should use it in your own hom in selfdefence!

You are not allowed to carry a weapon ( also certain knives ( anything larger than a pocket knife)) or something that looks liek it, like painted waterpistols.

You can get permission to carry sword as a reenactor or for theatercompagnies. But you need to wrap them well during transport..

I do not think I will be arrested should I ride with it or carry it for a photoshoot..
but I am a good girl...

Thanks for the nice words, I appreciate it.

My Mother was born in Aalsmeer, and came to America when she was five.

I love the horse. He/she is very beautiful. I also have a sword on my bed post waiting for use. What are the Dutch laws you spoke off in your description?
